Okay, technically he wasn't actually driving...

STAFFORD, Va. — A Virginia man is accused of drinking while waiting for his vehicle to get an oil change, resulting in his fourth DUI arrest in 10 years, authorities said.

    Topeka Kansas several years ago arrested a guy fidui. His car was on jackstands, the transmission removed, but the keys were in the ignition.

    You can only do the multiple DUI thing in Huntsville, AL where the courts don't care unless someone is hurt badly.
