White House Reverses Position, Condemns Violence, Threats and Vandalism Toward Supreme Court

Two issues likely caused a reversal of position from the White House about political violence and intimidation toward the supreme court justices.

First, White House Chief of Staff Ron Klain almost certainly has public opinion polling showing that threats and intimidation toward the supreme court are not okay with the majority of the American people. Second, there is a strong argument to be made the highest office of the Executive Branch advocating for targeting of the highest officers in the Judicial Branch is a directly impeachable offense.

    1. Well, the hooraw caused by the leak has served its purpose: to provide a distraction to cover whatever fuckery the Democrats are up to last week.

  2. It's curdles my soul to hear that it took a public poll to bring about the condemnation when common sense and morals would have sufficed.

  3. The incoming WH Press Sec is advised to wear combat boots, steel jockstrap, body armor and an anon facemask. The purple propellor beanie is strongly advised. The double mastectomy and gluteus maximus injections are optional but strongly encouraged in the WH's mean tweets.

  4. I would have to believe that those in the Executive Branch knew that advocating violence and intimidating Supreme Court justices is a federal felony, but they did so anyway. If they truly did not know they should never have been part of the Executive Branch.

  5. Without question it's an impeachable offense: but not until after mid-terms.

  6. Jesus H. If the purported Republicans had even half a testicle, they'd have started impeachment proceedings by now. To make a point the the leftards that turnabout is fair play.

  7. I hope the House Rep Leader does accept the subpoena from the House Committee on Jan 6 and asks them over and over and over again to explain how the Executive Branch condoning attacks on the Judicial Branch is not somehow the same sort of thing they're accusing President Trump of doing when he held a rally on the Mall.

  8. Yes, they condemn the protests only after making the point. They have demonstrated that the threat is real and could just as easily have been actively encouraged (BLM/antifa riots last year). Civil society is more fragile than I have ever seen it and that bodes poorly for the country.
