Yeah well, Oklahoma...

CALVIN, Okla. (KFOR) – An Oklahoma police chief was taken into custody after finding himself on the wrong side of the law.

On Friday, the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics announced the arrest of Joe Don Chitwood, the chief of the Calvin Police Department.

Officials say Chitwood’s arrest was part of an investigation into methamphetamine distribution in southeast Oklahoma.

  1. Widely held that the sheriff's department is THE meth mover in Adams county. I know for a fact a young man watched 2 local cops messing around a shed on the outskirts of the city, he went to look around, found a large quantity of powder. Serve and protect my ass.

  2. So I guess Joe will get some kind of sweet deal. Probably paid leave for a decade and no charges filed . It's a big club and we ain't in it
