INDIANAPOLIS — An Indianapolis woman allegedly killed two people in two different crashes just three weeks apart, according to court records.
WXIN said Kelli Anderson, 55, was charged last Friday with one count of reckless homicide and six counts of criminal recklessness in a multi-vehicle crash that happened on June 9. Kiana Burns, 28, was killed in the crash.
