And the lawsuit is filed in 3... 2... 1...

POLK COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – The lawyer for a pregnant woman arrested last week in connection to an incident at a Florida McDonald’s is accusing the Polk County sheriff of ridiculing and mocking her.

“The world may see Sheriff Grady Judd as the class clown of all of the Florida sheriffs departments,” said Jeremy McLymont, the attorney for Tianis Jones, in a news conference Friday. “I see him as someone who is very dangerous to our judicial system.”

  4. Hoping the judge throws the lawyer and the bi-polar hoe in jail for contempt and wasting his time. She should have been ridiculed and slammed for her princess behavior.

  6. Society seems to think if you have a mental illness you get a free pass and can break the law. Also, when you act like a jerk you are beyond reproach. I disagree. Ya know what I call someone with schizophrenia that kills someone? I call them a murderer. That's not to say i don't feel sorrow for those with mental illness. However, I do feel there is a level of accountability they should be held to. Tear up a mcdonalds, shake yer ass on the way out the door, I'd say yer a few fries short of a happy meal too.

  7. He's the best Sheriff in Florida. He's not afraid to 'dis' you on a national stage! He may be a clown, but would you want to ridiculed by a clown? Just another disincentive to committing crime.

  8. They let the "lawyer's" claim that she was upset for "not getting a refund" stand without correction but the Sheriff explicitly stated that she was offered a full refund. Somebody is lying and, though McDonald's can go to hell, I'm betting the sheriff was telling the truth, and the lawyer is lying.

  9. He’s elected by the people of Clay County. Cancel him you will not. And I doubt anything published, said about him, or published by some carpetbagging lawyer will change a damn thing he does.

    1. He's the sheriff of Polk County and he'll stay the sheriff until he decides to retire and not run for re-election. There's not a bigger defender of the 2A in elected office in the country. He specifically tells the citizens of his county to shoot intruders until they're dead, because his deputies most likely won't be able to get there in the seconds that it will take a thug to murder or maim them.

  11. What's new? Shyster lawyers trolling for county government moola. Once they tire of that they run for political office to dip into the corruption well.

  12. Sheriff Judd will ask for a jury trial where it will be unanimous verdict of innocent. Tianis Jones will then have full responsibility to pay her attorney's fees.

    1. Sherriff Grady is the King of DGAF about criminals. He will likely let the woman bury herself with her idiocy.

I thought the sheriff's comments were totally appropriate given this little bitches behavior. She needs to be made an example of. Have we as a society forgotten how to do that? Not this sheriff!!
