House Bill 1874, which was overwhelmingly passed by the state legislature during their session, will allow residents to purchase the metals without the added costs.

There's a little trading post that's open every Wednesday in town, mostly guns, ammo, knives, shit like that, but there's always at least one guy there dealing in silver and gold. It's strictly a cash transaction - no records, receipts, or tax.
