While the article is careful to not post the race, they are nice enough to point out that one attacker had blonde hair and the other had black, and the language used by one in a snapchat post is pretty damned ghetto.

Odds are that neighborhood was the "beneficiary" of a State or Federal "low cost" housing development. With that load of inner city trash imported into town to increase the 'diversity' and 'equity'.
