Oh, they're just now figuring this out?

ATLANTA - Electronic voting machines from a leading vendor used in at least 16 states have software vulnerabilities that leave them susceptible to hacking if unaddressed, the nation’s leading cybersecurity agency says in an advisory sent to state election officials.

*****

Of course they've got to throw this out there:

The advisory is based on testing by a prominent computer scientist and expert witness in a long-running lawsuit that is unrelated to false allegations of a stolen election pushed by former President Donald Trump after his 2020 election loss.

  1. I am an IT sec. guy. Anything electronic should be suspect.

It's so simple to use physical ballots yet the resistance to it is strong.

To win for non woke candidates, there must be enough to overcome any cheating.

  2. Any new/current public discussion about the hazards of electronic voting sounds to me like battlespace prep in anticipation of the supposed "red wave" anticipated in response to Biden's shit performance. "See! See! Republicans didn't really win those midterm elections. It's all hackers!"

Quote by Professor and Computer Security Expert Gene Spafford: "The only system which is truly secure is one which is switched off and unplugged, locked in a titanium lined safe, buried in a concrete bunker, and is surrounded by nerve gas and very highly paid armed guards. Even then, I wouldn't stake my life on it."

  4. If you look at the recent election in GA Kemp was polling at 33% but won with 70% of the vote. If you look at the numbers by the polling projections by county and what actually happened there is a lot that was wrong with the election. I feel my vote doesn't matter the past two elections.

    1. Kemp passed Constitutional carry. Of course he won the primary, and legitimately.

  5. Any coincidence that Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger is a Canadian national? And the Dominion Voting Machines come from a Canadian company founded by a friend and fellow Toronto Engineer? Georgia is one of the most corrupt of all 50 states. Texas audited the machines and black flagged them saying the would be hacked easily

  6. The style guide of the Mainstream Media requires that any reference to the 2020 election state that Trump lies about the landslide victory of our esteemed President, Joe Biden. However and reference to a criminal, even if shown in a video hacking off a head, must use 'alleged'. Dirty bastards.

  7. They know about this before the 2020 election. Georgia judge appointed by the nigerian, Judge Totenberg, sealed the report. Still sealed.

  8. AP doesn't list the affected 16 States; any of the 50 States qualify - your State has hacked elections.
Provable, pristine elections are a virtuous goal... essential for sanity.
Cleaning up elections and shrinking government must be platform issues.

  9. In a Georgia primary election, the third place candidate called the results into question after learning that she had received zero votes in many precincts (including her own precinct). After a hand recount, the third place candidate actually ended up in first place and the first place candidate ended up third. See https://www.nytimes.com/2022/06/06/us/politics/michelle-long-spears-georgia.html for the details. The hand recount was only because the original loser insisted.

  10. Except the allegations aren't false. Leftists claim there is no evidence of fraud. Just because a leftist judge refuses to look at the evidence, doesn't mean there is no evidence.

  11. There is not a single voter in this country who believes we elected Brandon. Not one. --nines
