Typical reporting by the MSM. Sonny Barger was not the founder of the Hells Angels. The HA was founded in Fontana CA back in 1948. Barger would've been 9 or 10 at that time.
"Typical reporting by the MSM". I agree with you, the things the msm can get right are stories on Hunter, Hillary, Kamala, and the J6 insurrection!
ReplyDeleteNo mention at all of Hunter Thompson's "Hell's Angels", one of the best books on 60's biker life written.
ReplyDeleteFor some reason the line (and I hope I got it right)," It's not wrecking your motorcycle that kills you. It's the 4 cars that run you over afterward." has always stayed with me.
Thought of this with the HST reference and thought you'd appreciate:

ReplyDeleteIt has always been my understanding Hells Angels was started by WWII Vets that just could not return to the old life they had. I get it. I came home and got to hell outta there as fast as I could. At the time I thought the entire town had changed. It was years later I relaized it was me that had changed.
