#9 on the Newport Oregon bridge on a windy day, an empty chip truck, nearly blew over on me in the opposite lane. My dang dash cam wasn't working. Otherwise it would have been a YouTube moment..If it did, I might not be here to post this.
#1 It always puzzles me why people would record a tornado headed toward them as if they didn't have any skin in the game. #3 What did he plan to do? Seems hitting the pole was inevitable.
Randy, if he uploads it to youtube, he'll have skin in the game. They get paid by views once they get above 10,000, and that's a pretty spectacular video, better than most I've seen.
#7 - If you've had a few adult beverages, don't start screwing around with your weapons. The next thing you know you're taking turns "testing" your new body armor and we all know how that goes.
#1. Waiting for video from a camera inside a twister ripped from an idiot who figured he had plenty of time to GTF to safety. #5. I use a walker instead of a cane.
If you think that #10 is bad, try getting water under molten metal. The expansion rate of water to steam is something like 1600 or 1700 to 1. So a gallon of water turns to 1700 gallons of steam instantly. A 55 gallon drum full of steel kept outside in winter, full of ice, dropped into a molten bath, because the furnace operator was distracted? Impressive and dangerous doesn't cover it.
#1: "When my fence was ripped away, and I heard the roof starting to go too, I wondered if maybe I'd have to end the Instagram live early." Also, if you film vertically, you're everything that's wrong with the world.
#3 warms my heart. Now send that dumb skateboard twat a bill for the repair of everything he destroyed.

#3: Obviously the fault of the white male supremacists who built the structure.

DeleteThat's what an F5 acts like. Wants to eat on everything in its path. It's a compact one, though so maybe F4. Great video, Wirecutter.
Delete#1 he seemed to be in a trailer anyway, so he was just recording his last moments.
Delete#3 he never expected to make it that far.
#7 - that's using your head.

ReplyDeleteOne drop of overlooked water in a 10 lb. lead pot makes a mess too. I was lucky not to get burned.
Delete#8 wtf? What is he teaching the dog not to chew a dog chew toy?
ReplyDeleteKlaus
OK, somebody's got to say it. That girl in #2 is a careless idiot. She's not wearing her mask properly. Anything that happens is her own fault.

#6: Nice save.
#7: Probably not even the first time.
#3 See that's why we (as a society) can't have nice things
