Manhattan DA Drops Murder Charge against Bodega Worker Who Fatally Stabbed Attacker

  1. Note that the cousin of the deceased spoke out against the decision and stated "how is it ok to take an unarmed man's life?" Well, Candra, how is it ok for your cousin to attack an elderly unarmed man over a freaking bag of potato chips? It's all fun and games until one of you porch monkeys gets tagged, then OMG he dindu nuffin! And initial reports indicated it was the girlfriend's knife in the first place, so who was unarmed? Learn to be civilized, or get cheap burial insurance. Your choice.

  6. "Alledging acting in self defense" ? The man was inside his place of employment when 'Vibrant' walked inside and began beating the older man. The employee had little choice - it was himself or the perp.

  7. I won't call it "Justice" because justice dictates he never should have been caged for defending his own life in the first place.
All's well that ends well in NYC, I guess.
I hope Jose has nothing to fear from family of dindu or fellow gang members out for revenge.
