Meanwhile, in my old hometown...

CERES, Calif. — A man has died after falling off a vehicle he was on top of while trying to assault the driver, the Ceres Police Department said.

    It sounds like the gene pool just got a little bit cleaner, and the cumulative intelligence of the community increased a bit.
