  1. I am currently recovering from a table saw injury. Got 3 fingers damaged severely. Would not recommend. Will be out of work for 2 months. 31 year carpenter. Eastwood

  3. I've done that several times with a circular saw upside down. I had a little better set up than that though. I know bad, bad, horrible. I'd do it again in a heartbeat if I had no other means. Nice to talk shit when yer older and got a pot to piss in. I was doing this back in the day I was sticking my hand in furniture looking for change to buy a pack a smokes.

  6. My first table saw was cobbled together 2x, plywood and a monkey ward skill saw with a broken guard, all salvaged from a dumpster. I carried it around in the back of my truck for years with a hard hat screwed down over the blade to keep the rain out. When I quit driving nails I sold it for $40.
