WASHINGTON (TND) — As Dr. Anthony Fauci prepares to step away from public life after half a century of federal service, his pandemic leadership remains under sharp scrutiny.
I think its in anticipation of the Rs taking borh houses of Congress. I think as a govt employee he could be open to punishment which would not apply to non-govt persons.
Congress has a narrow window between the elections and when its resignation takes effect.
Of course, there probably are statutes which demand xx number of days between Notice of Intent and actual response.
I think the elf bastard would have taken that into account when choosing the date.
