SALT LAKE CITY - Authorities said they have arrested a man they believe stole an excavator from a construction site and drove it for nearly a mile before ripping up the ground at a local grocery store.
Salt Lake City Police in Utah said the incident happened Saturday just after 12 p.m. local time. They said they were called to 828 South 900 West where the suspect was digging into the ground.
Did he call before digging?
ReplyDeleteHe obviously didn't call before he dug.
ReplyDeleteExcavators are cool. I wish I had one, but my condo association would throw a fit.
ReplyDeleteAt least his "childhood fantasy" was about "terrain change" and not gender change.
ReplyDeleteLol
DeleteIn the UK we have leisure attractions called Digger Land where dads and their sons can drive diggers for fun.
ReplyDeleteThere’s one in New Jersey, as well. Same company, I believe. We took the kids there when they were 8 and 4. I had a heck of a good time and I’m pretty sure the kids did, too.
