"Mommy will be right back"

FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. - A Central Florida mother is accused of handcuffing her daughter to a steering wheel and leaving her in a hot car as well as other disturbing acts of child abuse, according to the Flagler County Sheriff's Office.

Deputies arrested Priscilla Florentino, 33, of Palm Coast on Thursday.

  1. they do not post "child's" age. it is clear this "child" is on the road to perdition and it strikes me that the mother is using extreme and public punishment as a way to convey to her daughter that the daughters behavior is very very bad.

    I stand with this mother.

  2. That place, Palm Coast, I swear. We used to call it 'Com-Post'.
