Police rescue puppy trapped in 113 degree car with mouth taped shut in Las Vegas

LAS VEGAS, NV. (WZTV) — The Las Vegas Metro Police Department (LVMPD) has reported that they have rescued a puppy who was left in a 113 degree car.
