MADISON, Tenn. (WSMV) - Metro Nashville Police arrested a man after crashing his car while impaired and leaving the scene on Friday.

Trotter was previously convicted of driving under the influence three times in Davidson County, and seven other times in Arkansas, Georgia and Tennessee. The affidavit states that two of those convictions were with a child in the vehicle.
How does this dirtbag have a license? Granted, he could be driving without one, but... theres a useful law you could pass: if you're caught driving after the court takes away your license, we lock you up.
