Today's recipe is Stuffed Onion Bombs. We'll stuff the onion bombs with ground chuck, jalapenos and other goodies, then wrap in bacon and smoke on the Pit Boss Pellet Grill. I hope you will check this video out because we make these a bit differently than other folks.

The dull knife was the first thing I noticed. These things seem like too much trouble to make. Just put some ground meat on the grill, get a bun, some ketchup, relish, onions, etc., and I’m sure that the happiness/trouble factor will increase.
DeleteEverybody makes them differently. I use 1 lb thin sliced peppered bacon, 1/2 lb ground beef, 1/2 lb hot Italian sausage, 2 Vidalia onions diced,1 TBS salt, 2 TBS black pepper, and 2 tsp minced garlic. Cook the onion and garlic before mixing with meat and spices.

Well, that's something for the paleo people to be thinking about, I guess, but, otherwise, he coulda had a hella good bacon cheeseburger there in much less time, with much less trouble. Well. And... more meat.
