Raise your children well or..... Guess The Race

DOUGLAS COUNTY, Ga. — Twenty people have now charged in a huge brawl at a local mall, and some of the suspects are as young as 12 years old.

Police say as many as 200 teens and young adults were part of a fight at Arbor Place Mall in Douglasville on Sept. 3.

Police say they are scouring video and even interviewing school employees to ID those involved.

On Tuesday, the Douglasville police chief joined other officials in expressing anger at the behavior and warned of consequences.

“We will not tolerate it in the least,” Douglasville Police Chief Gary Sparks said in a news conference Tuesday.

He said among the 20 people arrested in the fight, 19 are kids ages 12 to 17.

  1. Won't tolerate it, you say?

Then what are you prepared to do to stop it?

    1. Bahahahhaa, yeah, I laugh every time.
You can take the lemur out of the jungle, but you can't take the jungle out of the lemur. Its like watching someone try to domesticate a feral animal with fail after fail after fail. Oh, but this time some reading programs and after school lunches will work!
Sshhhyyeeeeah, pull the other one, it plays jingle bells.
Bigger question is, why do we (the other half of that argument), continually accept their failing methods as the answer to the most obvious problem??? When do the adults stand up and tell the kids its time to stop f'cking around in fantasy land and be a part of the real world?
Been 40 years and I'm still waiting.

  3. Exactly!! "Won't tolerate" is like saying "that's unacceptable" and doing nothing about it.
Get in there and break some heads wide open is "doing something about it". But then the parents, school board, blm and all civil liberties orgs would be saying "that's unacceptable" and we won"t " tolerate" it.

  6. Douglasville's demographics have changed over the past years. Now 65% of the population is black and liberals occupy the city manager's, police chief's, and mayor's positions.

  8. This looks suspiciously like the work of young wild Negros .... as usual. Is there a place on this planet that is inhabited and run by Negros that is peaceful and prosperous? I can't think of such a place and I have looked.

    1. Probably just Bermuda. Still a colony, so there is a degree of adult supervision. But by and large that little island would seem to be the exception that proves the rule.

  11. When I hear someone say lion I think "Africa". When I hear someone say there was a brawl I think, "send them back to Africa."

  12. The huge mall near my home https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Del_Amo_Fashion_Center previously was a shopping center anchored by Sears, JC Penney, Broadway, a few shoe stores etc. and a nice little buffet-style cafeteria. (Dad purchased my Ruger Single Six at Wards there in 1969.)
With the new construction it became a gigantic scum magnet.
It included a multi-screen theater complex. When the gang movie (Colors?) was shown there, it attracted "youths" from other towns nearby, with *rival social affiliations*. Inevitably, chimpouts occurred causing some ruckus and collateral damage.
    We generally avoided that mall.

But one Christmas Eve one of us produced some blotter. Thus fortified, we decided to go there and check out the decorations and the last-minute shopping frenzy.
    Some fun!

  16. As Chris Rock joked, there’s two kinds of malls in America, malls that white people shop at and malls that white people used to shop at.
