Whoa, who saw this coming?

SACRAMENTO — California would present itself as a haven for transgender youth facing discrimination in other states under a bill that advanced Monday, much as it is positioning itself as a sanctuary for those seeking abortions. 

The Assembly approved the measure without debate, 48-16, sending it to the Senate for a final vote before lawmakers adjourn at month's end.

    All the groomers are excited at the prospect.

    Of course the flip side of this is its aiding a runaway aka child trafficing and across state lines. Whats the prison time for that?

    Require the Assembly to all physically transition personally and then vote again.

    I'm all for following the TX model and providing free bus transportation to any sex deviants or homeless vagrants that would like to relocate to the left coast.
