"He didnt know it was loaded." The first lesson I taught my very young sons: I totally emptied the gun and asked them if it was loaded. They said No and I instructed them that all guns must always considered loaded at all times when handling.
A friend of mine, if you hand him any projection throwing tool (firearms, bb guns, crossbow) and you tell him "it's unloaded" he will instantly hand it back to you and sternly warn you not to lie to him, again. Effective way to drive home the first rule of firearm safety. -Just a Chemist.
It'd been my experience that TX cops using the Bexar County range are not only unsafe, but also rude, inconsiderate fuckholes. Especially Bexar Co. Sheriffs. Change my mind CC

ReplyDeleteIt's ALWAYS considered loaded until you verify that it is not loaded. Someone had no business handling that firearm.
