Where bad choices make good stories
back in the middle 1990's was working with a girl who needed a car bad. single mom. 2 kids worked hard, but never made enough to buy a good ride and keep the kids fed and whatnot. one day she looking thru the for sale adds, something she did every day. starts asking me if a 2 year old benz is a good car ? I going yeah, right she calls the person from work and Iend up giving her a ride to cherry hill, across the river. and fuck me to tears. this rich bitch was selling their car and she had to give hubby half. hell I even let her 20 bucks so she had enough to buy it. old lady signs over the title right there. I thought she was going to keep it. but no, she traded it on a new Toyota Corollea. girl even got some cash out of the deal. she gave me 40 bucks back. for what I lent her and the ride there. so, yes. I have seem some real cold blooded shit ! the single mom, after she got wheels that she could count on, got a better job. moved out of the city and ended up with some nice guy. that car made the difference in her life and her kids.
Her trading in that Benz was a good idea. If any repairs were needed it would have cost a lot in just parts. I'm guessing the fuel mileage would have been better too. And to top it off she had a little spending cash out of the deal.
In addition to the "What I used to post on Facebook" and "Fucking Mondays" and "She's taken" what I come to this site for are the stories.
That was a smart trade. Toyotas are more reliable and less expensive to maintain. An oil change and service on the Benz would have been horrible expensive.
I was liking on Cherry Hill in the late 80's and remember a similar story.
You know what's funny, that expensive car has the same tail lights as my Crown Vic... lol
I'm betting if the tag said: "Was Hers" it would be denied by the Division of Motor Vehicles. Even in Texas.
Young guys, let that be a lesson for you. > 50% of all mariages end in divorce, and over 70% of all divorces are filed by her. The most expensive words you'll ever hear are "I'm not happy"
Yup. Future Ex-Wife used that as an answer when I asked her why she wanted a divorce. My response was: "Very well; you aren't Happy. Which one are you then, Bashful, Doc, Dopey, Sleepy, Sneezy or Grumpy?"In spite of that witticism, the bitch divorced me anyway, and 28 years later, "I'm not happy" was the only explanation I ever got.
Mine elaborated; I'm not happy and its your fault. Never could get her to say what would make her happy. She was smart enough to know if she said what would make her happy, she'd have to live with the answer. Was married to that woman 30 years. Though we've been divorced 24 years now, I hear she still goes on occasionally about how I ruined her life
Tsgt Joe, I was married to mine just over 20 years. In the time since, she has turned into the most toxic bitch I've ever met. She ruins every family gathering, because everyone wonders WHICH 40-year old story she's going to tell about me THIS time.
Actually, only ~30% of all *first* marriages end in divorce. The (still incorrect, but close enough, if you accept a lot of number fudging) 50% figure is for *all* marriages. First, second, five-hundredth. So in reality, if you're getting married for the first time, (even though this isn't actually how statistics and probability work, for the sake of argument) you actually have a 70% probability (again, not how it works, but) of not getting divorced. And no matter how risky it actually is, the alternative is worse. Having kids is always better than not having kids, even if she takes them and you somehow don't see them again until they're 18. Genetic suicide is not an acceptable alternative. In my opinion, at least. If you're not a crackhead, or a druggie, or an alcoholic, or a violent monster, and you have a woman that loves you? Have kids if you can. Start a family. Be fruitful and multiply, and bring new, miraculous life into the world. I'm aware that's an unpopular opinion these days, but it's mine. It doesn't have to be yours, and it's fine if you disagree.
That right there is a signal to STAY AWAY!!! Hahahahah. Just like them poison frogs. ans what a proud cunt to get that tag. Be she is a real bitch. Oh well pay now be happy later. Fook off you witch, good buy. They sell Benz cars all day long, if the guy wants another hopefully he still has money.
That’s some strong hate right thereJFM
I swear I've seen that Bimmer in Dallas in the last month!
I once saw a blonde driving a Merc 500SL with the plate "KEPT"...
