Touchy, ain't he?

NEW YORK - A man accused of setting fire to a Bangladeshi restaurant in Queens earlier this month apparently told cops that the eatery botched his rice dish.

    Maybe the Vindaloo curry wasn't hot enough so he thought he'd help it along.
