According to the National Post, there are three addresses in Toronto which have been registered as “service stations” which are operated by the Fuzhou Public Security Bureau, a police force active in the Chinese metropolis of Fuzhou.

Canada is chock full of chinese. I would doubt that they would be completely taking over sections of Canada as a move to take over the whole country. The chinese don't like being touched (frisked and hand-cuffed) by 'westerners' so, the chinese government has a reason to set up shop in Canada. Way to go Trudeau, ya big dud.
