Okay, going straight to the Villages News is like hunting over bait, it just ain't fair. Also, fair note, every single Villager that I've ever met has retired from up North somewhere, and when they moved down here they lost their freakin' minds, if they ever had one to begin with. It's also the STD capital of the world.
I know someone who had their trailer wiped by the hurricane. They paid to move into a hotel while they sort things out. FEMA came in and kicked them out of the hotel to use it for FEMA. They found a house to rent with another couple. The diversity hires must have made it to FEMA.
There's usually something wacky going on in The Villages.
