EVERETT, Wash. (AP) — A Washington city’s dress code ordinance saying bikini baristas must cover their bodies at work has been ruled unconstitutional by a federal court.
Used to live up there. Controversy has been going on for many years all over Puget Sound. Let 'em show a little extra skin if it gets them larger tips.
I understand one of those types of coffee places opened up here somewhere across town. I suspect a Montana winter will cover more skin than any city ordinance.
