I haven't had tires that bald since I was working a minimum wage job and my house payment was a bit over 2-week pay check. Thank God a friend rode to work with me and bought the gas to get us there.
I would get COMPLIMENTS from my tire guys when I came in for a change. At LEAST one tire was going to be showing the belts before I bring my car in for a new set of used ones. I'm getting my 50 bucks out of this pair...

ReplyDeleteThe tread in the center of that tire is still good. Put another 15 psi in that sucker and you should be able to get another 5,000 miles out of it.

ReplyDeleteDrove my old Ford a couple months with a tire with busted belt. Was getting to be quite a chore to hang onto the steering wheel
