Witnesses came from all over the region following the path of the bright ball in the sky to see where it landed and that path might have led to Dustin Procita's home. He was inside the house with his two dogs when he said something hit his home and started a fire.
God was sending Dustin a message!
ReplyDeleteChina sending him a rocket booster.

ReplyDeleteNo insurance for you.
He didn't have any. He couldn't afford it at $6000 a year. I can't either.
DeleteBTW, this happened about three miles from my house.
So I was watching a special on meteors on the Smithsonian channel I think. If this guy can find a piece of the meteor, that shit is worth tons of money. He could easily rebuild his house if there's a piece big enough buried in the earth nearby.
ReplyDeleteUnless the tweekers beat him to it.
Delete“in the earth nearby”… it hit his house, it’s somewhere under the burnt out hill of a former dwelling.

I saw my first daytime meteorite last week, after missing them for 70+ years Bright Arizona day, and the trail was over a mile long over the northwestern desert. Outflashed the sun. I pulled off the road, suspecting maybe a stroke, or a crack in my helmet visor. Nope, okay on both counts (I hope).
