Stabbing somebody with a plunger handle is just a shitty thing to do
FLAGLER COUNTY, Fla. - A Florida inmate already behind bars was re-arrested this week after trying to stab deputies with a broken wooden plunger handle, the Flagler County Sheriff's Office said.
That's an excellent idea and should be standard protocol for unruly prisoners. Why risk a deputy getting a broken arm as in this case when you can get non-contact compliance by not feeding the scumbag for a few days. And there is no injury to the inmate or to the guards.
I've fasted for 5 days (no food, just water), and the worst is about 18-24 hours after stopping food where you get a bad headache and get lethargic, and then after about 30 hours, I got a "second wind" where I was OK, and then going into the second to third day, things became rough again, then leveled out until I resumed eating.
If anyone tries this, DO NOT pig out when you resume eating. You can kill your self. Instead, drink a little juice, and eat a little at a time, limiting your portions. You will feel your body return to normal.

Just stop bringing food and let him sit for about 4 days. He'll comply.

The handle, not too bad. The other end a little worse, especially if it just came up against some juicy poop.
ReplyDeleteOne is reminded of the Abner Louima incident in NYC 1997 https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abner_Louima
