Great video. Cool to see how cutco was a part of it. My company makes and supplies all of cutco's knife handle rivets.....pretty cool now that i think about it.
ReplyDeleteI prefer Case knives, but then again i worked there from 77-82
ReplyDeleteBradford, PA. Went there in the 80's to work on the sawmill computers. Took a couple dozen Zippos to the factory to get fixed while I was there, and tried to bribe enough people to steal that giant hunting knife in front of Case. Cool little town with one stripper bar and one stripper.
Deletenot much has changed, i'm right across the border from Bradford
DeleteI was issued a Ka-bar for Desert Storm. The best thing about it is that it is easy to sharpen. It fits perfectly in the extra space with my seat belt buckle in my truck.
ReplyDeleteI've had an Ontario copy of the KaBar in my truck bag for years. Crude but seems pretty stout.
ReplyDeleteAlso have a USMC KaBar, a 3/4 size, a 1283, and a Thorn folder.
The 1283 is impressive.
