ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – An Orange County homeowner who shot and killed a man last week told deputies the man was trying to steal his birds, according to a report.

    Coming on to my property uninvited would be mistake number one. Then trying to steal my chickens or anything would be a mistake number two.

    While it should be legal to shoot someone stealing your birds, it's prolly not a good idea.
