Gee, I wonder why..... could it be because 2% of the population shoved their lifestyle into the faces of the other 98% and demanded that we not only accept it, but we and our children embrace it?
I'm a Live and Let Live kind of guy. I don't care one bit about your sexuality, but don't shove it in my face and demand that I embrace it. Shit, I don't want anything shoved in my face, sexual or not.
They went way over the line though when they involved the kids, especially grade school age or younger. It is not their place to teach our kids about sexuality, gay or straight - that's the parent's responsibility, not theirs. Period.
