City of La Vergne asks state to decertify four officers fired for alleged sex scandal

LA VERGNE, Tenn. (WKRN) — Four out of the five La Vergne police officers fired for an alleged sex scandal earlier this month could be forced to give up their badges forever after the city asked the Peace Officer Standards and Training Commission, or POST, to decertify them for lying during the investigation.

  1. After decertification, they should be shaved naked, tarred and feathered and paraded through the streets!

    1. That would probably just turn them on.

    2. My grandfather told me about a time when he witnessed a tar-and-feathering. It probably took place around 1907.

  3. They'll be OK. PornHub just offered them a 6-figure contract. Cop gangbangs are topping Plumber ones currently. Has something to do with the public preferring night sticks over PVC pipes.

  4. Decertifying police officers that are caught being deceptive needs to occur far more often.

  5. What's the over/under on POST actially decertifying?

  6. While I agree with the tar and feathering, I can not condone the shaving. It would be much more painful, when they remove the tar, if the short hairs are pulled at the follicle.
