ReplyDeleteThat is about 3 miles from my house. There is a bayou that winds through several of the neighborhoods North of Jersey Village. It’s also a jogging/exercise trail on either side. Could be a jogger but I can’t imagine why anyone would bag the deuce and toss it into someone’s yard. Nasty.
