Man allegedly breaks into school, steals plow, tries to steal $8k in guns, hunting gear

WATERTOWN, N.Y. — The Jefferson County Sheriff's Department arrested Sean M. Briggs, 35, of Watertown for allegedly committing a string of crimes during the weekend's blizzard.

    My hometown makes KMLA, yay! I grew up (and lived 48 years) 5 miles from the school. Wild times!!

    I know some real fine people up there. I also know a bunch of crack and meth addled hillbillies who would give West Virginia's finest a run for their money.
