Any competent operator would have nibbled the pile down properly so they didn't end up in that position. Still can't load it out until you get down off of it.
No problem... just motor on off the edge while leaning on the bucket. Tracks drop to maybe 45 degrees. He'll have to swing the cab around first, though as facing that way the balast end might hang up on the rock: the cab appears to rotate off center of the tracks.
