A Los Angeles judge on Tuesday declared that porn performer Ron Jeremy is mentally incompetent to stand trial on dozens of rape and sexual assault counts.

    He wasn't all there in 2000. I met him at a real big party. Dude was drugged up to beat all hell. The two of us mat or may not have totaled a golf car that night. I was drunk. He was WASTED.
