There have been both firings and sudden resignations. Ukraine is still after corruptocrats. Many, if not most, won't stay in country either as they are all at risk for prison sentences.
This is exactly the opposite of what is happening in Russia, where Putin is at the pinnacle fot eh corruption and demands a rather large piece of all the action. It has hollowed out his country and, particularly, his military.
That's hardly the case. Investigations is why Kolomoisky ran for Israel and Bursima was moved to Cyprus. None of those twits would have cut and run if they weren't feeling the heat.
Way better to voluntarily walk away, than the three head's of state getting shot down by friendly fire after threatening the military about black market selling of USA weapons.
It won't help in the long run....
