NEW ORLEANS - A Trump administration ban on bump stocks — devices that enable a shooter to rapidly fire multiple rounds from semi-automatic weapons after an initial trigger pull — was struck down Friday by a federal appeals court in New Orleans.

  1. Dunno wtf Trump was thinking but hopefully he's learned his lesson on the 1st and 2nd amendments.

  2. Wouldn't it be nice to have a constitutional republic again, a real capitalistic economy and elected representatives that refuse to attack our unalienable liberties? We do not but it would be nice . Since they are hell bent on stealing our rights why do we owe taxes?

  4. Alex Jones interviewed the guy, on today's show, who brought forth this suit.
He's a gun shop owner and concealed carry instructor in Austin, TX

  5. Maybe Trump knew it would be struck down but did it to shut the left up.

    1. That's a Terrible argument. Your saying that a President of the United States knowingly violated the Constitution (and his oath) just to "shut up" some people. If what you say is true, than Trump is a domestic enemy of the constitution.

In my opinion, he is. By violating the 2nd amendment multiple times, he is by definition, an enemy of the constitution. So are 99.999999 percent of the "public servants".

  6. I've got a Winchester Model 12 that does that if you hold the trigger down and pump the slide.
