Wait - I thought this was a NYC thing...

An Oregon woman is being held without bail after she was arraigned Thursday for allegedly pushing a 3-year-old child onto train tracks while the child and mother were waiting at a Portland train station, the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Department said in a release.

  1. A Google search shows this is not the first time tjis person has had a run in with the justice system. Sounds as if she is another who should not be out among the rest of us.

    2. Dig a hole shoulder depth. Restrain her in it. Backfill with a material that will not prevent her breathing. Pour a two inch thick concrete cap so her head is exposed and make her a public urinal.
