Jordan Blake Craig, 25, of Madisonville, was arrested Tuesday and charged with driving under the influence, possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, speeding, no registration plates, and failure to keep insurance, according to Hopkins County Jail online records.
He has 3 first names. This was bound to happen. In his defense, he knew he was going to jail, why not get an extra swig before?! It's going to be a long night, be refreshed!
ReplyDeleteOn the plus side, he looks like voting is an unknown practice for him.
ReplyDeleteI grew up in Hampton, VA. The police in most of VA are just one step short of STASI. When I got my learner's permit at 16, I first had to go to the police station to get a report saying that I was not a juvenile delinquent.
ReplyDeleteThere was a soda machine in the back of the building. The display of products was, literally, empty cans of the soda available when you pressed the button. Someone had replaced one of the soda cans with a Budweiser can. I remarked to the desk sergeant, and he laughed as he told me how many fools came up and complained about not getting a beer (which would have resulted in them being jailed for drinking in public). Nazi humor, I guess.
What are the odds that he grew up in Harlan County. As a fan of the series Justified, you have beware of those with three first names!
ReplyDeleteMadisonville is on the other side of the state from Harlan. It’s a five hour drive between the two. Eastern Kentucky and Western Kentucky are two completely unique, distinct cultures joined only by their common love of University of Kentucky basketball (and/or hatred of the University of Louisville).
DeleteHe didn't offer one to the cop!
ReplyDeleteHell, you're already busted. I'd do the same thing.
