Federal judge in Illinois’ gun ban cases orders state to show 'each and every item banned'
(The Center Square) – Three federal lawsuits against Illinois’ gun ban made some movement Monday as a federal judge ordered a response from the state to show “each and every item banned.”
"Thomas Maag, who brought the state level Crawford County case that was transferred to federal court, said the judge's order will make it difficult for the state to comply." Ya think that might be the idea, Thomas?
Until we finally quit playing by the rules, nothing will change. With me being an Illinois resident i am really getting a sense that this time it is "the" straw. We'll see.
Anon .. you KNOW the progs here in IL will never quit. They're in this for the Long Game .. which is sad because in the process they're also destroying the place.
LOL. Good luck with that, since many banned items are no longer in production.
ReplyDeleteOr even exist....
DeleteFinally, a judge with common sense.
ReplyDeleteToo bad he can't order every legislator who voted for it and the governor jailed for infringing civil rights under color of law.
ReplyDelete...Maybe they can borrow them from the NRA museum... ;)
