    That area is going to BOOM in the next couple of years. It's just south of Musk's Tesla factory, some company is building a 525 acre movie and tv studio and Musk is going to be putting another factory (I think for his trucks) in that area. A house building company has also acquired enough land for 2000 more houses. Also about 30 miles north of there; Samsung is building a 6 MILLION SQUARE FOOT factory for chips.
    Land and house prices have tripled in Podunk Bastrop. Watch the news for further development's.
