California bill proposes that all-gender neutral bathrooms be available at public schools

All California public schools could soon be required to offer a gender-neutral bathroom on campus, should a state bill introduced by state Sen. Josh Newman pass.

The bill, introduced in February, requires that each school campus that offers kindergarten to 12th grade classes have at least one gender-neutral bathroom available to students during the school day.

  1. These days, all bathrooms should be gender neutral - meaning single use; one door, one lock, one toilet, one sink.

  2. Because money grows on trees. Set up a tent out in the playground with a bucket.

  3. Maybe someone should use surgical skills to make the assholes, who are pushing this gender neurtal bathroom shit, remove the items that physically define their genders

  4. ONE? Added to the normal TWO, that is still better than the TWENTY THOUSAND different bathrooms we will need for the democrats.

  5. This clown got recalled in 2018 from the very same office he holds today after voting to increase gas taxes and DMV fees. He was replaced by the Republican he defeated in 2016.

But thanks to the completely corrupt political system that exists in California and low IQ voters with short memories he was right back in his old office two years later, allowing the Democrats to regain the supermajority they need to raise taxes at will and completely control the state.

    1. Elmo, what you say is true except that it was by election fraud that Newman 'won'. The evidence of that is plentiful and undisputed. Yet, it is CA.

    2. Yeah, election fraud is kind of a given in California. Especially in SoCal and particularly in L.A. County, where a few years ago they had 144 registered voters for every 100 people legally eligible to vote. Between this, Dominion machines and registrars of voters who are funded by Soros organizations this place is screwed.

Even my hick county in NorCal is a lost cause. The outgoing clerk-recorder made my county all mail-in voting years ago, one of the first five in the state to do so. And lo and behold Hillary won here in 2016, the only county in the State of Jefferson to do so.

  7. The Utah Senate just passed the 2021 IBC and plumbing code which includes gender neutral facilities up to a point. This is on a top of the tampons and maxi pads now found in all men’s rooms on campus at the U of U.

  8. My state has several hundred schools where nearly zero students read at grade level but the state legislature just passed a law mandating gender neutral bathrooms for all new schools. Priorities.
