It's safe to say he may be a repeat offender, don't you think?

CLOVIS, Calif. - California authorities said they have become "very familiar" with one man after they've arrested him 10 times in the last 31 days.

    "Everyone should know what he looks like."
    The only folks that should know what he looks like are prison guards and prisoners

    Perhaps he should look into a different line of work; he's not any good at this one.
