The joint law enforcement operation led to agents executing search warrants at 20 locations on Sunday and seizing 41 firearms. Some of the weapons included an AR-15, AK 47s, handguns and at least one machine gun.

Seventeen people have been arrested in connection with an investigation into rival criminal syndicates that spanned multiple Northern California counties and that authorities say are linked to shootings at Sikh temples in Stockton, Sacramento and other locations.
