Destroying the Rule of Law
If you dislike Donald Trump, that is your right. However, if you dislike the rule of law that is supposed to govern these United States of America, we have a problem. The indictment of a former U.S. President and declared candidate for president, is highly disconcerting, especially when one considers the nature of the so-called "charges." I could not care less if Donald Trump gave "hush" money to a porn star back in 2016. What concerns me is why a misdemeanor is being upgraded to a felony offense by a New York City District Attorney. The same DA who downgraded felony offenses to misdemeanors and released violent criminals back onto the streets to continue assaulting innocent citizens. Why does this same DA prosecute something that has gone past the statute of limitations? Something his predecessor refused to pursue, along with the Federal Election Commission and the Department of Justice.

Because he’s a Soros bought DA (Dumb Ass)
ReplyDeleteSadly, the rule of law died on July 5th of 2016 when fbi director Comey rattled a long list of crimes committed by Hillary Clinton and then said there would be no prosecution.
ReplyDeleteBecause there was no intent. Yeah, right.
DeleteComey is a leaker and a freak. He has been since long before he tried to hide in the White House drapes. What a clown.
The rule of law died in 1861, when President Lincoln arrested John Merryman and suspended Habeas Corpus.
ReplyDeleteThey don't "dislike" him. They *HATE* him. They hate him so damn much that they're willing to sacrifice a nation to stop him. Fuck them.
ReplyDeleteThe 'underlying crime' that upgraded the misdemeanor to a felony has not been revealed by Bragg. Most assume it is a federal campaign violation. However, some have speculated that it is a New York state campaign violation. The thinking is that if Bragg prosecutes the federal crime and loses, then the next two DAs who want to take a crack at Trump wouldn't be able to do it because of double jeopardy.
ReplyDeletethe misdemeanors they are trying to upgrade cannot be used for a foundation because the five year statute of limitations ran out last year. you can't upgrade something that you can't charge the suspect with.
DeleteAll this Federal law that is selectively applied to one side yet somehow revered by all would simply go away if we could collapse and dissolve the union. And what is the point of preserving it. The US is a collapsing empire, the world rejects our culture of degeneracy. I'm no longer interested in supporting so many dependocrats, the herd needs culling.
ReplyDeleteDon’t allow yourself to be arrested and the monkeyshines will stop
ReplyDeleteForget it Jake, it's Chinatown.
