Unsure if you think that’s a B-1B (“BONE”) but it appears to be an F-15.
Mach Loop
I can barely see 1 vertical stabilizer, the F-15 has 2 - and so do the Russian knockoffs. But the wings and airscoops are identical, so I think something blurred out the second one and it is an F-15.
