Judges reject Trump appeal of order for Pence to testify in Jan. 6 probe

A federal appeals panel on Wednesday rejected an effort from former President Donald Trump to prevent former Vice President Mike Pence from testifying before the special counsel investigating Trump's efforts to overturn the 2020 election.

  1. If they throw enough law suites and corrupt judges at Trump, one of them may come up guilty. Whatever that means.

  3. Every news story uses the same word ' overturn'. As I recall, a lot of people were asking questions about a lot of things ( that were never answered). But I sure as hell don't remember anyone advocating to overturn the election.

    As Rush used to say, ' words have meanings'.
